KK8 supports the full range of Malaysian payment methods. DuitNow is our fastest option for both deposits and payouts. All methods share a MYR 10 minimum deposit with no platform fee on withdrawals.
Making a Deposit
Deposits are processed from the Cashier section in your account. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and complete the payment through your bank or e-wallet app. DuitNow and FPX deposits credit to your playing balance within seconds of payment confirmation.

Your account currency is MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the current exchange rate at time of crediting. Exchange rate risk for crypto transactions rests with the player.
Requesting a Withdrawal
Withdrawals are submitted from the Cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 across all methods. KK8 does not charge a platform fee on any withdrawal – any charges visible on your bank statement originate from your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawal requirements:
- Your KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal
- The name on your KK8 account must match the name on your bank account or e-wallet exactly
- Active bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus forfeited before withdrawing
- Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours queue for the next processing window
Identity Verification (KYC)
KYC verification is required once – before your first withdrawal. It does not affect your ability to deposit or play. Submit a clear photo of your MyKad (front and back) and a selfie holding your ID through the Verification section in account settings.
Our team processes verification requests within a few hours during weekday business hours. You receive a confirmation notification once approved. Verification is valid permanently unless your registered details change.
Payment Security
Your banking and card details never pass through KK8 servers. All payment transactions route through certified payment processors using tokenised data – our platform stores only a reference, not your actual credentials. All connections use TLS encryption.
What this means for you:
- Your bank login credentials are entered on your bank site or app, not on KK8
- E-wallet authorisations happen within the TnG, GrabPay or Boost app
- KK8 cannot see your full bank account number or card details
- KYC verification links withdrawals to your verified identity, preventing unauthorised payouts
